The Case of the Super Shake Down

Dr. BadVibes created an earthquake device known as The Ground Shaker for Big Boss who plans on using this device to level the city to the ground unless his demands for the city are met. It's up to the C.O.P.S. team to stabilized the city and shakedown Big Boss' crooked caper.
